early years
The auburn house of prayer (ahop) was started in 2005 by a handful of college students desperate for a move of God in Auburn. These faithful pioneers sowed countless seeds for what is now becoming a broader expression of prayer and outreach across the plains.

Today ahop continues to pursue a city-wide vision for mobilizing believers to unite in prayer, fast and contend for an outpouring of God’s Spirit. Now under the directorship of Auburn alums, Justin and Rachel Eldred, college students and residents alike are joining together to pursue the heart of Christ, engage in fervent intercession and bring a tangible demonstration of God’s love to the lost.
We meet tuesday nights at the AU Chapel (Corner of College and Thatch) from 6:30-8:30pm to fellowship, worship God and pray for Auburn. For more information contact Justin Eldred at: justin@auburnhouseofprayer.org.
